Area Sales Manager

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the field sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and channels for market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  •  Drive sales of solar inverters, installation kits, switchgears, and BOS components to EPC contractors, system integrators, and distributors.
  •  Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Prepare quotes and techno-commercial offers.
  •   Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  •   Provide technical and sales support as needed

Must Have

  • Strong knowledge of solar components (inverters, ACDB/DCDB, switchgears, etc.). 
  • Excellent communication and B2B relationship management skills 
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering preferred 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
