B2C Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating direct consumer sales, managing leads, conducting product presentations, and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Identify and generate leads for residential solar installations

- Conduct site visits and client meetings

- Explain solar products(Solar, Inverter), benefits, and cost savings to customers

- Prepare and present proposals to clients

- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Coordinate with installation and technical teams

- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and convert leads.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp communication).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Field sales capability and willingness to travel.

   CTC - UPTO 2 to 2.5 LPA

  • Strong analytical skills
