Business Development Manager - EPC

Department: EPC Sales 


Reports To: Sales Head EPC

Key Responsibilities:


1. Channel Partner Development

​ • Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners.

​ • Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.


2. Sales Growth via Channel Partners

​ • Achieve and exceed sales targets through channel partner network.

​ • Track and improve channel partner performance regularly.


3. Payment Collection & Coordination

​ • Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners.

​ • Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely material delivery.


4. Customer Satisfaction

​ • Ensure excellent service and satisfaction for the end customers of channel partners.

​ • Handle escalations and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams.


5. Direct Sales Execution

​ • Drive direct sales and meet individual sales targets.

​ • Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.


6. Team Building and Management

​ • Recruit and build a strong direct sales team.

​ • Assign targets and monitor team performance.


7. Training & Handholding Support

​ • Provide regular product training to the direct sales team and channel partners.

​ • Offer ongoing support, mentorship, and guidance.


8. Sales Team Performance

​ • Motivate and monitor the direct sales team to achieve their targets.

​ • Share strategies and feedback to improve sales conversions.


9. Sales Coordination

​ • Act as a bridge between Sales Head, channel partners, and field executives.

​ • Ensure smooth communication and execution of sales strategies.
