Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Development
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
2. Sales Growth via Channel Partners
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through channel partner network.
• Track and improve channel partner performance regularly.
3. Payment Collection & Coordination
• Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely material delivery.
4. Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure excellent service and satisfaction for the end customers of channel partners.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams.
5. Direct Sales Execution
• Drive direct sales and meet individual sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
6. Team Building and Management
• Recruit and build a strong direct sales team.
• Assign targets and monitor team performance.
7. Training & Handholding Support
• Provide regular product training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
• Offer ongoing support, mentorship, and guidance.
8. Sales Team Performance
• Motivate and monitor the direct sales team to achieve their targets.
• Share strategies and feedback to improve sales conversions.
9. Sales Coordination
• Act as a bridge between Sales Head, channel partners, and field executives.
• Ensure smooth communication and execution of sales strategies.
