Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle regular purchase activities for Residential, Commercial, and Ground Mount solar projects.
Manage procurement of LT Panels, ACDB Panels, and other electrical materials required for project execution.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing, price negotiation, and timely delivery.
Provide backend purchase support for different EPC projects and internal teams.
Manage insurance-related work and coordination for project materials and logistics.
Handle import material documentation, coordination with logistics partners, and clearance processes.
Process Channel Partner (CP) and Installer payment documentation and coordination with accounts team.
Manage Admin and IT related purchase requirements, including billing and vendor coordination.
Support on-site execution teams by arranging urgent or short/missing materials required at project sites.
Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for material tracking, stock management, and availability.
Provide estimate and pricing support for B2B and B2C sales operations.
Assist management in EPC project cost estimation and pricing analysis.
Maintain proper purchase records, vendor database, and documentation for all procurement activities.
Ensure timely procurement and cost optimization while maintaining required quality standards.
