Reports To: Service Manager / Technical Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, commissioning, and servicing support for QBits inverter and related solar monitoring systems.
- Perform site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical issue resolution at customer locations.
- Monitor system performance through QBits inverter and ensure proper functioning of installed devices.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to identify and resolve system faults or connectivity issues.
- Ensure proper configuration, testing, and integration of QBits devices with solar systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to installers and field technicians during installation and service activities.
- Maintain records of service reports, device performance, and issue resolution documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to address service requests, complaints, and maintenance requirements.
- Support in preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assist in inventory tracking and management of service-related spare parts and devices.
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets and proper communication with internal teams and customers.
- Follow company safety standards and service protocols during site work and technical operations.

- Solar system troubleshooting knowledge
