The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations by overseeing inventory management, logistics coordination, and team performance. This role is responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and implementing processes that improve productivity and accuracy.
The Warehouse Manager also drives compliance with safety standards, cost control measures, and operational best practices while aligning warehouse activities with overall business goals. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential to manage daily operations and scale warehouse efficiency as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for management
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Proven experience in warehouse management
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
- Experience in process automation or optimization
- Familiarity with lean warehousing practices
- Strong analytical skills
