Finance Head

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Finance to lead the organization's financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence. The role requires end-to-end ownership of finance and accounts, including financial planning, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, treasury management, MIS reporting, and risk control.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Finance will provide strategic financial insights, strengthen internal controls, optimize cash flow and profitability, and support business expansion through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to build scalable financial processes and ensure the organization's long-term financial stability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's finance and accounts operations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Support business growth through strategic financial planning and risk management.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
Must Have
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 8–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory compliances
- Proven experience handling audits and regulatory requirements

Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and finalization of accounts
Nice to have
- Fundraising, investor relations, or project finance exposure
- Knowledge of IND-AS and corporate governance practices
- Team-building and change management experience
- Experience in process automation and financial transformation initiatives
