Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Functional Consultant to join our Odoo ERP practice. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring that client requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective ERP solutions.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering and gap analysis through to deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
Responsible for gathering and validating client requirements, analyzing business processes, and conducting gap analysis to support effective ERP implementation. Handles project planning, scope definition, task estimation, and team coordination to ensure timely execution. Also involved in R&D for new tools and features, along with unit testing, deployment, and quality assurance to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities

- Oversee branching strategies
- Infrastructure & Platform Management
- Conduct user training sessions to educate end users
Must Have
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR)
- Business process mapping and workflow design
- Requirement documentation (BRD, FRD)
- Gap analysis and solution design
- User acceptance testing (UAT) facilitation
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Odoo.sh deployment platform
- AWS basics: EC2, S3, billing, and backup configuration
- JIRA for project tracking and timesheet management
- Basic understanding of Python/XML for Odoo customization
