Reports To: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and convert residential and small business customers for solar rooftop and related solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Conduct site visits to assess technical feasibility and collect necessary customer information.
- Present company offerings, financial benefits, and ROI of solar systems in a consultative sales approach.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for site assessments, quotations, and project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
- Participate in local marketing activities such as housing society meetings, stalls, events, etc.
- Provide accurate reports on leads, pipeline, and sales performance on a daily and weekly basis.
